What Does a Lifetime Brake Warranty Actually Mean?

The short answer

When we say lifetime warranty on brakes, we mean the parts we install are covered for as long as you own the vehicle. If the pads or rotors we supply wear out or fail under normal driving conditions, we replace them. Simple as that.

Why we offer it

We stand behind the parts and labour we put into your vehicle. Brakes are one of the most safety-critical systems on any car or truck, and we want you to feel confident every time you drive away. A warranty is the clearest way to show that confidence.

What it covers

The warranty covers the brake pads and rotors we supply and install. If they wear prematurely or there's a defect, bring the vehicle back and we'll sort it out at no charge for parts. Labour may apply depending on the situation, but we'll always be upfront about that before doing any work.

What it doesn't cover

Normal wear over time is expected. If you're driving a heavy truck and hauling loads regularly, your brakes will wear faster than average. The warranty covers defects and premature failure, not end-of-life wear from heavy use. We'll always be straight with you about what's covered when you bring the vehicle in.
