Our story

Over 20 Years of Keeping Napanee Moving

Garrow's Car Care was a father and son business started in 2002 by Bob and Charlie Garrow. Charlie and his wife Denise have since acquired sole proprietorship for Garrow's Car Care Centre. We have a great team of technicians and service writers to accommodate all your automotive needs. We currently employ nine local staff who we consider family. We look forward to giving back to our community and seeing you visit our establishment at 453 Advance Ave in Napanee, Ontario.

Charlie Garrow

Owner

Charlie co-founded Garrow's Car Care in 2002 alongside his father Bob. Since taking sole proprietorship with his wife Denise, Charlie has built the shop into one of Napanee's most trusted automotive service centres. He leads the team with the same values the business was built on.

Tyson Garrow

Technician

Tyson grew up around the shop and has earned his place on the floor as a technician. His hands-on approach and familiarity with the Garrow's standard makes him a reliable part of the team.

Paul Bowbeer

Service Manager

Paul keeps the shop running smoothly day to day. With years of automotive service experience, he coordinates the team, manages workflow, and makes sure every vehicle gets the attention it needs on time.

Tim Hart

Service Advisor

Tim is one of the first people you speak with when you bring your vehicle in. He listens carefully, explains what needs to be done clearly, and makes sure you leave with a full understanding of your vehicle's condition.

Justin brings a straightforward, no-nonsense approach to customer service. He keeps communication clear and makes the process easy for every customer that comes through the door.

Ryley handles oil changes, fluid top-ups, and routine maintenance with speed and consistency. His attention to detail keeps the quick service side of the shop running efficiently.
